Designing and generating QR codes in Maps Direct Console

Account registration – you can log in to the Console at https://md.invinets.com/auth/sign-up by filling in your data or using a Google or Microsoft account.
The chat functionality allows your customers or employees to easily submit comments or problems related to a product or device. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet to access the dedicated support platform. This gives you the ability to respond quickly and customize support to individual needs.
To launch the functionality, select "Apps" in the console menu, and then from the list the product for which you want to launch Chat.
After opening the product, check the "Chat" checkbox and confirm with the "Save" button.
From now on, after scanning the QR code assigned to a product, the "Write to us" button is visible. After selecting it, a chat box, associated with a specific product, is launched - this way we can send a message.
The message is visible in the console under the "Chat" tab. We can reply to it here.
The Maps Direct console hides a lot of features and capabilities that are compatible with our QR Support and QR Supportchat solutions.
