The ThermoMesh system is responsible for monitoring environmental conditions in production halls, warehouses, greenhouses, museums and many other places. You can find all the collected data in our ThermoMesh Portal. This makes it easy to find the locations and causes of abnormalities in the space where the sensors are immersed. And all this on a single screen in a web browser.
What sets us apart from the competition? Everyone measures, but we are the ones who visualize the measurements!
After logging in, you will see ThermoMesh Portal, and in it you will see a series of icons corresponding to the various functionalities.
Here you create and edit plans (called rooms) that correspond to the layout of the monitored objects. Each room has its own name, a graphic file with the plan, and assigned sensors. You can create a plan representing a section of a room or a group of several adjacent rooms.
Alarms are email and SMS notifications sent when the temperature or humidity rises or falls beyond a set value. This section allows you to manage and add notifications.
Here you will see an interactive heat map for each room, as well as a graph showing average and maximum temperature and humidity values for the selected period. Room conditions are presented graphically using colors. The color differences on the plan clearly indicate the locations of the irregularities. You can share this view with selected people without logging in and being able to edit it.
Want to check the battery level on the sensors? Interested in when the last reading took place? You can check the information for each sensor right here. They are presented in the form of a table, from which you can easily read the name of the sensor, the values and time of the last reading, the battery level, and information about the location of the sensor.
Allows you to download data for analysis. You can download them in several formats:
generated images with either temperature or humidity maps,
A video showing the change in the distribution of temperature or humidity over time and space.
raw readings in a CSV file format to be opened in Excel
Here you define the placement of sensors within a selected room. Assigning sensors to their physical location is done by dragging them with the mouse to the appropriate points on the room plan.

The data sent to the cloud is encrypted. We use proven VPN and HTTPS protocols for this. Therefore, you can use our cloud without any worries.
By default, data in the cloud is stored for a minimum of 1 year. The customer has the option to extend this period and download archived data from the Portal to a local drive.
You can edit data yourself in the Portal, such as plans, sensor placement in case of a change in their location, names of measurement points or conditions for triggering an alarm. The readings cannot be modified.
We provide each client with training at the beginning of cooperation. In addition, in the Portal you always have access to a manual. You can also always count on the support of our consultants.
The ThermoMesh solution is flexible. You can expand the network with new sensors and add more plans at any time.
Our Portal has the ability to read data from the API. Whenever you want to introduce this feature, report to us – we will help you with the connection.
The calibration of measuring instruments is a very important element for our solutions. They are done to make sure that devices monitoring environmental conditions in facilities are accurate and indicate the actual conditions, not just the approximate ones. This ensures that goods, medicines or exhibits are stored in the right conditions.
It is also worth remembering that calibration certificates are often required during audits. We also recommend calibration when there is doubt about the correct operation of a device.
