InspectoGreen

MAPS solution for recording tasks in plant cultivation

InspectoGreen’s MAPS (Monitoring and Agricultural Productivity System) solution is an innovative tool designed for growers of tomatoes, cucumbers, flowers and vines, as well as anyone who grows crops. InspectoGreen enables the precise management and monitoring of crop production processes to improve crop efficiency and quality.

How does InspectoGreen work?

InspectoGreen consists of several key components: a one-button sensor, LEDs, employee RFID cards, locations, and worksheets with tasks to be completed. The operating process is simple and effective:

  • Scanning an employee and tasks: An employee, upon coming to work, scans their RFID card and task card with a sensor. This initiates the task to be performed by the employee at the location.
  • Duration monitoring: The next scan of a location card or task card ends the previous task at that location and starts a new one. The system accurately records the duration of each task at a specific location.
  • Recording additional information: In addition to duration, the system can record additional information, such as observed plant diseases, damage to the technical infrastructure, or the amount of produce harvested.
  • Long operating time: The sensor runs on a single battery for up to a year, meaning it does not require frequent maintenance or battery replacement.
  • Data presentation: The recorded data is presented in the Power BI tool, allowing manufacturers to easily analyze the data and make informed decisions.
  • Converting notes: It is worth noting that notes, including recorded numbers as digits, can be converted to text and edited, making it easier to analyze and refine data.

Frequently asked questions
What are the benefits of the InspectoGreen solution in plant cultivation?

The MAPS solution allows to increase the efficiency of crop production, accurately monitor the duration of tasks, record additional information about the crop, and enable long sensor operation time. In addition, the data is presented in a Power BI tool, which facilitates analysis and informed decision-making.

MAPS uses a one-button sensor with LEDs, employee RFID cards, locations, and task sheets. The employee scans their RFID card and task card upon arriving at work, which initiates the task to be performed. Subsequent scanning of the location card or tasks ends the previous task at the location and starts the next one.

No, the MAPS solution can also record additional information, such as plant diseases, damage to the technical infrastructure, and the amount of produce harvested. This capability allows for a more comprehensive analysis of cultivation processes.

The sensor in the MAPS solution can run on a single battery for up to a year, which means minimal maintenance and battery replacement needs.

The Power BI tool allows for easy analysis of the recorded data, including the conversion of notes to text and editing capabilities. This allows for better control of the data and the creation of informed cultivation strategies.

The MAPS solution is dedicated to growers of tomatoes, cucumbers, flowers and vines, but can be used by anyone involved in crop cultivation who wants to improve processes and data analysis related to crop production.

Calibration of measuring devices

What is equipment calibration and why is it done?

Calibration of measuring instruments is a very important element for our solutions. They are done to make sure that the devices monitoring the environmental conditions in facilities are accurate and indicate the actual conditions, not just approximate ones. This ensures that goods, medicines or exhibits are stored in the right conditions.

It is also worth remembering that calibration certificates are often required during audits. We also recommend calibration when there is doubt about the correct operation of the device.

If you would like to conduct a calibration then feel free to contact us.
